Hollyhock mix of primarily black hollyhocks mix with red, pink, and white plants mixed in as “stars”. Black flowers are single flowers, but colorful flowers are mix of single and double blooms. Hollyhocks are a folk garden country favorite, and self-sow modestly.
How to grow it:
Full to shade
Direct sow 3-4 weeks prior to last frost date. Tolerant of a light frost. Cover lightly. Or, we prefter to start indoors up to 8 weeks before last frost date to get a head start. Transplants quite well provided it is kept moist during the establishment process.
