Thyme is an easy to grow, must have for any perennial herb garden.  Low maintenance and somewhat drought tolerant, thyme comes back year after year and its cute purple flowers attract a diversity of pollinators.

Can take up to 2 weeks to germinate. For best results start seeds in a controlled environment, such as a greenhouse, covering very lightly. Germinates best at about 70 degrees F. After 4-6 weeks, transplant at between 2-3’. Transplants well.
