Glycine max
75 days. Quite possibly the earliest soybean we have found! We love this for edamame, the beans ripen all at once, we harvest the whole plant and pick off the beans in the kitchen. You can also shell and eat the beans fresh or cooked. Edamame is a very nutritious treat that is easy to grow on a small scale. This variety germinates and grows well even in cooler soils. Popular and widely grown.

Plants are not frost hardy, sow after all danger of frost has passed and soil has warmed up. We sow ours in early June, 1/2" deep. Alternatively, start indoors 2-4 weeks before last frost and carefully transplant.
