Slightly lobed and squatty, this blemish free beauty is a favorite with gardeners and market farmers alike. Very juicy, with few seeds, it falls somewhere between a beefsteak and a slicer and is a good all-purpose tomato in the kitchen. They have an excellent, slightly tart complex flavor. Widely adaptable.
