21 days to baby leaf, 40 days to full leaf. Here is a mustard green that does excellent in poorer soils. Baby leaves are green turning to purple as they grow. Add a delicious and beautiful purple kick to your salads! Extra serrated leaves add a lot of body to salads and sandwiches. This green is very hardy and overwinters on our farm without cover when sown in fall.
