Quick facts

  • Rare, open pollinated sweet corn

Zea mays

This rare, open pollinated sweet corn is not to be confused with the hybrid sweet corn variety 'Honey and Cream'.  Instead, this is an old fashioned, early-maturing white sweet corn full of chin-dripping juiciness.  As an old fashioned sweet corn, this one is mildly sweet with kernels that are not too tough but are not super tender either.  Very productive plants, 6-8 inch ears, with 1-3 per plant.  We love this corn!
