Raphanus sativus

22 days.  Pink tops fade to white at the root tip for this favorite French heirloom that dates back to the 1800s.  This is our favorite radish, we love it for its tenderness and mild flavor.  We like to slice it thin and eat it on toast, for... breakfast!
