This is a quick, slow to bolt, super hardy spinach! This spinach has medium dark-green savoyed leaves and a very rich flavor. Quick-growing and late-bolting. Very dependable overwintering spinach when planted in the fall. With a windbreak such a a straw bale, it can handle temps as low at -30F!

Direct sow 4-6 weeks before the average last frost. Harvest leaves individually or by cutting the whole plant. Plant successively every two weeks to keep you in young greens. Can be grown in full shade during the heat of the summer, and part shade to full sun every other time of year. |
