Brassica oleracea
60-65 days. Perfectly round heads with a lovely green exterior and pearly white core. Tender and high quality, this open pollinated variety is so nicely uniform you might think you were growing a hybrid! 3-5 lb. cabbages are 5-7 inches in diameter so size isn't sacrificed for its earliness. It doesn't store long but is great for fresh eating. Widely grown and adapted. |
