30 days.  Wrinkly, lobed leaves are what makes wrinkled crinkled cress special.  A little spicy, these nutritious greens are perfect as a garnish, salad addition, or microgreen.  Can be bunched for market similar to parsley.  This late-bolting variety was bred by Frank Morten. 

Ripening seed heads are now being used as unique additions to floral bouquets!

Direct sow up to 4 weeks before the average last frost. If you choose to, you can also start seeds indoors. Quite cold tolerant and more mild tasting in cooler weather, get this one started early to beat the heat as well as the pests. Harvest leaves young by cutting the whole plant or leaf by leaf. Plant successively every two weeks to keep you in young greens.
