  • Excellent for late season harvest and keeping
  • Crack resistant

Solanum lycospericum

65-75 days, Indeterminate. This tomato is cool because you can harvest it early and allow it to ripen inside without seeing much difference when compared to vine-ripened flavor.  So, at the end of the season when the frost is coming, gather them in and prepare to enjoy richly flavored, not mealy fruit for weeks more!

Bears abundantly all summer long for market or home production. Bred at the University of Arkansas by Joe McFerran, heat tolerant, humidity tolerant, and disease resistant. Pink fruits are delicious and have a long shelf life. Fruits resistant to cracking and blemish-free, uniform-ripening shoulders.  Excellent freshly sliced or processed, add these to stews.  Can be grown in containers, great patio tomatoes!

This tomato is part of our heat tolerant tomato package.
