110-120 days.  Sweet white flesh and purple skin, this is an excellent keeping Italian heirloom.  Barrel shaped, high shoulders, we chose to add this to the catalog because it is such a long keeper and we are so interested in winter eating from our short season garden!

Start indoors up to 12 weeks before last frost. Plant 75-100 seeds in a one gallon pot, lightly covering with soil. No thinning necessary. Transplant at 6-12” apart when leaves are about the thickness of a pencil.
