Solanum lycopersicum
100 days, Indeterminate. Rosy pink beefsteak. Fruits 1 lb! Heirloom dating back to 1885, the flavor of a brandywine is irreplaceable, even though they take awhile to ripen. Green shoulders are typical of progressively-ripening heirloom tomatoes in which photosynthesis takes place in the fruit, therefore enhancing flavor and nutrient profile.
